No. HBA Media Lab is a performance marketing company running its own stacks. You’ll work on real budgets, real offers and real dashboards — not client presentations.

Do you take on external clients?
Not right now. Our focus is internal: in-house brands, funnels and affiliate offers. Every system we build is used by our own team first.
What kind of roles are you hiring for?
We’re primarily looking for AI engineers / automation specialists, performance media buyers (YouTube, Google, Meta, TikTok) and creative strategists who can work with AI tools.
Is the team remote or office-based?
We’re based in India and operate in a hybrid way depending on the role. Some roles require more office collaboration, especially around creatives and systems; others can be mostly remote.
Do I need AI experience to apply?
For media buying and creative roles, curiosity about AI is enough — we’ll help you level up. For AI/automation roles, you should be comfortable with APIs, scripts and shipping small tools that actually get used.
